The Alrajhi Endowment assumed a responsibility, amongst its social programs, to help the insolvent by alleviating their life's difficulties and fulfilling their needs, regardless of the reason of their insolvency, be it debts or inability to afford marriage, etc. This is implemented in collaboration with charitable institutions and societies as well as committees and funds targeting the insolvent in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia along with the National Committee for Care of Prisoners, the Released and their families, and the committees for helping young people intending to marry etc. The Alrajhi Endowment has developed specific regulations to ensure delivering support for those who deserve it.
The Alrajhi Endowment hopes based on its contributions in this field to achieve the following objectives :
To help debtors and prisoners jailed because of debts
To reunite families affected by the absence or detention of their breadwinners or any member of the family.
To support the committees, funds, projects and associations working in the field of helping young people intending to marry.
To participate in the formation of good families and to remove the difficulties that might hinder those who intend to marry. This may eliminate celibacy and protect the individual and the society from corruption and moral deviation.
To emphasize the principle of social solidarity that keeps the needy families in mind.
To support the needy families, alleviate their troubles and provide them with the necessary aid.
To actively participate, on the part of the Endowment Management, in supporting the efforts undertaken by government institutions and charities for their social role of supporting and assisting the needy families.
The Alrajhi Endowment implemented it charitable programs and activities through the following means :

Financial and in-kind support to the young people intending to marry in coordination with the committees, funds and charities working in this field.
Implementing and supporting programs of mass marriages in some areas and cities.
Implementing and supporting rehabilitation and training programs to help young people intending to marry or prisoners and their families
Of the most important programs implemented under this field :
First: programs to assist the insolvents and prisoners :
Abiding by the Prophet's hadith that reads: "He who relieves a hardship of this world for a believer, Allah will relieve a hardship of the Day of Resurrection for him; he who makes it easy for an indebted person, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and the Hereafter; he who covers a Muslim (his mistakes and shortcomings), Allah will cover him in this world and the Hereafter; Allah will be in the slave's need, as long as the slave is in his (believing) brother's need", the Alrajhi Endowment implemented several programs to help the insolvents and prisoners along with their families in coordination with charities and official bodies that work in this domain. 512 prisoners in debts have been released in several regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the establishment of the Alrajhi Endowment until late 1433 AH, because the Alrajhi Endowment started to clear their debts in checks paid directly to creditors after coordination with official bodies working in this field. Specific regulations and standards have been developed to ensure the implementation of this program accurately.

The programs for supporting the prisoners’ families were designed to fulfill the needs of the community members and support the various groups in need, particularly the prisoners’ families who are mostly vulnerable due to the absence of their breadwinner. Therefore, the Alrajhi Endowment focused on implementing this program and providing support to those families for a full year so that the family may be able to meet their basic needs. This kind of support alleviates their troubles psychologically and socially. It may save the family from misconduct and ill-behavior, God forbid, out of need for money.

Third: Programs to help young people intending to marry:
The program to help young people intending to marry is an important program that is organized by the Alrajhi Endowment each year for its positive results and noble goals to the community. It has a positive impact like most projects and charities supporting young people who intend to marry, be it a specific function such as funds and independent commissions or part of varied activities as in charities.
The Alrajhi Endowment undertakes these programs to fulfill the following objectives:
To assist the committees, funds, projects and charities in achieving its mission in philanthropy especially those working to help young people intending to marry.
To help in the formation of good families and to overcome the difficulties that might hinder those who intend to marry.
To curb the growing rates of celibacy and to protect the individual and the society of corruption and moral deviation.
To emphasize the role of the Alrajhi Endowment in the community service and achieve the principles of social solidarity among the society members.
