Disseminating, teaching and memorizing the Qur’an
The Alrajhi Enِdowment Board paid attention to disseminating, teaching and memorizing the Holy Qur’an. It assigned estimated amounts of money in its annual budget to support everything related to this holy text. It also carried out a number of relevant projects abiding by the words of the Prophet (peace be upon him): “The best amongst you is the one who learns anَِd teaches the Qur’an”
The Alrajhi Endowment undertakes these activities to fulfill the following objectives:
Supporting the efforts of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah and Guidance in teaching and disseminating the Book of Allah Almighty.

Coordination with the General Secretariat of the societies for the memorization of the Qur’an at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah and Guidance in relation to salaries of teachers working in the societies across the Kingdom
Providing financial support to the societies of the memorization of the Qur’an.
Establishing educational academies for the memorization of the Qur’an.
Holding training courses for those who memorize the Book of Allah Almighty and their instructors.
Sponsoring the Qur’anic competitions along with the Ministry of Education or the societies for memorization.
Printing and distributing the Holy Book in cooperation with the embassies of Saudi Arabia abroad.
Supporting the study circles for teaching the Qur’an held in mosques affiliated to the Ministry of Religious Endowments.
The total cost spent by the Alrajhi Endowment in this field during the years (1418 - 1433 AH) reached 30،081،174 (thirty million and eighty-one thousand, one hundred and seventy-four) Saudi riyals.
