First: Beginning of giving process:

Real estate Department is affiliated to Sheikh Saleh Abdulzaiz Al-Rajhi and is responsible for a group of complexes both in Riyadh and Western Region (Jeddah & Makkah).

There are (7) complexes in Riyadh , one complex in Jeddah and another complex in Mecca.

Real estate department supervises collection of rent values of the complexes via Collection Division. It also markets the vacant units as based on the rules of this process.
